PAN ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can green enchilada sauce
Flour tortillas
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add cream of mushroom soup, chopped green chilies and enchilada sauce. Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Put grated cheese into tortillas, roll and place on top of meat mixture. Fill pan and top with cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
