6 serving pieces sirloin or round steak (pounded)
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Roll steak in flour. Add oil to skillet and heat. Brown meat pieces in hot oil.

Mix together dry soup mix, soup and water in a baking dish. Place browned steak pieces in baking dish, having mixture cover all of the meat pieces. Cover baking dish with tin foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove cover the last 10 or 15 minutes.
