CHEESE QUICHE 
1 unbaked 10" pie shell
6 strips bacon, cooked until crisp then crumble
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
6 egg yolks
Dash of Tabasco sauce
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten

The pie shell should have a high fluted edge. Sprinkle crumbled bacon into pie shell. Combine Cheddar cheese soup and egg yolk and beat until well blended. Stir in Tabasco sauce. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, until puffed and golden brown. Cut in wedges and serve warm.
