1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can evaporated milk

Stir together and put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Last minute, top with grated cheddar cheese.
