LEMON VELVET CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix 1 box instant lemon pudding 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs Mix above ingredients together; beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Make holes in top of cake with fork, and while still warm pour over topping. TOPPING: 2 c. confectioners sugar 1/3 c. orange juice 2 tbsp. butter Mix and pour over cake. |
