BAKED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs, fine

Saute mushrooms and onions in 1/4 cup butter for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, mix well and saute 1 minute. Pour mixture into baking dish. Mix sour cream and cheese, pour over mushrooms evenly. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes until top is bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
