1 box yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. coconut

Bake cake mix as directed and pour onto 11 x 15 cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth. Set aside. Mix vanilla pudding as directed. Let thicken a little, then mix with cream cheese mix. Spread on top of cooled cake. Dribble pineapple over that. Sprinkle coconut over all. Let set overnight. Serves about 20.
