BAKED EGGS 
8 slices of bread (cut off crust and cube)
8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
2 tsp. mustard
1 lb. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)

Put bread crumbs in buttered 9x13-inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Fold in grated cheese. Pour over bread crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Bake next morning at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Enjoy!
