CANADIAN GLAZED HAM
1 (8 lb.) boneless, fully cooked ham
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. apple juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Apple juice
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Place ham on rack in shallow baking pan; insert meat thermometer. Bake at 325 degrees until meat thermometer registers 130 degrees, about 2 hours. Combine sugar, the 2 tablespoons apple juice, mustard and cloves. Spread over ham.

Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Remove ham to platter; keep warm. Add enough apple juice (about 2 cups) to pan juices to measure 2 1/2 cups.

Stir in raisins. Heat to boiling. Blend cold water slowly into cornstarch; stir into raisin mixture. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Serve raisin sauce over ham. Serves 12 to 16.
