BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed squash, cooked
2 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Chopped nuts

Add all ingredients to squash while squash is hot. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

NOTE: Crushed pineapple, coconut, or vanilla may be substitute for orange juice.
