BUTTERNUT GRAHAMS 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 pkgs. graham crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line jelly roll pan with graham cracker quarters. Melt butter; add sugar and boil 2 minutes (no longer). Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts. Spoon over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and gently remove from pan while still warm.
