1/2 med. banana (about 3 oz.) peeled
1/2 c. low fat milk (1% milk fat)
1 1/2 tsp. chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

In blender combine all ingredients except ice cubes and process on high speed until combined. Remove center of blender cover and with blender running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, processing until ice is completely dissolved.
