2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. salad oil
2 sm. jars baby food plums
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift together first 5 ingredients; stir in all other ingredients. Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Punch hole in hot cake and pour glaze over cake.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

Mix together.

NOTE: Can be baked in 3 small loaf pans and frozen. Can freezes well.
