PEACH KUCHEN 
1 pkg. 2 layer size white cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
1/2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
1/2 c. butter
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 slightly beaten egg

Combine cake mix and coconut; cut in butter until like crumbs. Press into bottom and 1/2" up sides of 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange peaches over crust; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon atop. Blend sour cream and egg; pour over all. Bake in 350 degree oven just until set, 10 minutes.
