FRANGO MINT DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 unsweetened chocolate sq.
3/4 tsp. peppermint
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until light and fluffy 1 cup butter and 2 cups powdered sugar.

Add and beat thoroughly 4 chocolate squares, melted (unsweetened).

Add one at a time, beat until fluffy 3/4 teaspoon peppermint flavoring and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

Spoon into lined cupcake tins. Freeze until firm. Serve with whipped topping and cherry.
