CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans chicken
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box sour cream (1 c.)
1/2 box Escort crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Melt butter, pour over crushed crackers. Cover bottom of dish with half crackers. Sprinkle chicken on next. Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts. Put on top of chicken. Put rest of crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
