PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rotini, cooked al dente
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 diced green pepper
1 diced red pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces
Italian vinaigrette

Toss warm rotini with artichoke hearts with their marinade. Chill. Toss peppers, mushrooms 1 hour before serving.
