LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 cans condensed milk
3 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix lemon juice, condensed milk, and egg yolks together in bowl. Reserve egg whites.

For Icing: Pour mixture into crust and top with egg whites beaten until stiff with sugar. Bake in 500 degree oven just until top is brown. Remove from oven and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
