EASY CHEESY CRESCENT SANDWICH | |
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard Dash pepper (optional) 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls 1/2 tsp. poppy seed (optional) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine cheese, milk, mustard, and pepper. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Press 2 rectangles over bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Spread half cheese mixture over dough. Place remaining 2 rectangles over cheese; gently stretch to cover. Spread with remaining cheese mixture; sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 6 squares. Serve warm. Makes 6 sandwiches. |
