HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 tsp. accent, optional
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. cut celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in 8 x 10 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until mayonnaise is bubbly.
