SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 (8 oz.) box kraft Tangy Italian spaghetti dinner
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles according to directions on box. Drain. Add beaten egg and Parmesan cheese from dinner mix. In a greased 2 quart 8 x 8 dish form a crust with the noodles. Layer sour cream over noodles. Set aside. Cook ground meat, drain and add spice mix packet and tomato paste with 2 cans of water. Cook about 5 minutes. Pour over noodles. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Can make ahead, refrigerate and heat in moderate oven until warm, add cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
