Bananas, peeled, as many as you want, use ripe bananas
Can of chocolate fudge sauce
Nuts, finely chopped
Popsicle sticks

Insert popsicle stick in one end of banana. Dip in fudge sauce then roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in foil and freeze.
