MY VERY OWN MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 pkg. Shawnee cornbread mix
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Rotel tomatoes
8 1/2 oz. can cream style corn
1/4 c. bacon, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
3 jalapeno peppers, diced

Saute onion and bacon. Mix cornbread as directed. Add all ingredients. Bake 25 minutes at temperature on cornmeal mix package.
