INDIAN FRY BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
Water

Mix well. Add until mixture forms stiff dough. Knead until dough is thick and elastic. Form into very thin round patties. Fry in 1/2 inch grease or oil until brown on each side for 5 minutes. Yields 20 to 24. Use a Dutch oven.
