CABBAGE ROLLS 
Combine the following, mix well:

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. rice, uncooked
1 egg
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

SAUCE:

1 onion, chop fine, saute in butter until soft
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 celery
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. sugar

FREEZE CABBAGE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Thaw cabbage. Place meat mixture in cabbage leaves, roll and tuck in ends of leaves. Place in saucepan with sauce. Cover and cook slowly about 2 1/2-3 hours.
