BUTTERSCOTCH-CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS | |
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2/3 c. chopped nuts 6 oz. chocolate mini chips Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x13" pan. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour and baking powder and add to the creamed mixture. Stir thoroughly with a large wooden spoon. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. |
