CANTONESE CASSEROLE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
2 c. cut up chicken
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream or chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine soups and milk. Mix well. Add chicken, celery, onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts and noodles; saving a few noodles to sprinkle on top. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish, cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover for last 20 minutes. This is a great way to use leftover cooked chicken or turkey.
