MUSHROOM & CURRY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Mix cream of mushroom soup with curry, salt, pepper and sliced mushrooms in a bowl. Bake chicken for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Top with mushroom mixture and bake for 20 more minutes. Top with bread crumbs and broil for a minute or until golden brown on top. May use boneless breasts or any other preferred parts of the chicken.
