6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. pkg. raisin bran
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil

Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl then add eggs, mixed with buttermilk and oil. Mix well by hand - no mixer. Store covered in refrigerator. Dip off 1 teaspoon and fill muffin pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Batter will last 6 weeks.
