IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients in blender, on high for 1 minute. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
