2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. can condensed milk
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine first 5 ingredients until blended. Bring to boil over low heat; boil slowly for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Then turn into buttered 9 x 9 inch pan and cool.
