CHILI BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 dozen eggs
1 lb. grated monterey jack cheese
1 lb. grated colby cheese
1 lg. can Ortega chili strips
16 oz. sour cream

Place green chili strips on bottom of ungreased casserole dish. (Clean off seeds for milder flavor if desired). Mix eggs and cheese and sour cream and pour over chilies. Garnish top of casserole with chili strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Great Sunday brunch. Main course.
