MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 boxes corn bread (eggs, milk)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream corn or kidney beans
2 lbs. hamburger
Almost 1 pkg. of cheese singles
Chili powder
1 sm. onion
Salsa (optional)
Taco seasoning (optional)
Lg. cast iron skillet

Brown 2 pounds of hamburger (onions optional). Drain hamburger well, then mix in chili powder or taco seasoning to season. Next mix in a can of cream of mushroom soup (no water added), cream corn or kidney beans and a little salsa. Warm ingredients together.

Next follow directions on corn bread box for corn bread. Grease cast iron skillet. Pour 1 1/2 boxes of corn bread mixture on bottom of pan then pour hamburger mixture on top of corn bread. Next put a layer of cheese to cover all of mixture. Cheese can overlap.

Then pour the other 1 1/2 boxes of corn bread mixture over that. Follow baking directions on corn bread box.
