KEYLARGO BANANA BREAD 
2 c. fork stirred all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. (4 oz. stick) butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 any size), puree in blender
1 tbsp. water
1 c. coarsely broken walnuts (optional)

Stir together flour, baking powder and soda. In separate bowl, cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time until blended. Add bananas and water and beat until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat gently only until smooth. Fold in walnuts. Bake in buttered bread pan (9 x 5 x 3 inches) in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Loaf will crack. Cool and serve with cream cheese. Store in refrigerator in plastic bag. Slice thin.
