ORIENTAL CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS | |
1 1/4 lbs. boneless chicken parts, skin removed 1 tbsp. minced onion flakes 2 tsp. honey 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. soy sauce (lite) Dash of garlic powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken into roasting pan or large casserole. Sprinkle with onion flakes. In small bowl combine soy sauce, honey and garlic powder. Pour mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Add green peppers and mushrooms evenly over chicken and continue to bake covered 20 more minutes until vegetables are tender. Good served over rice but add additional calories for amount of rice used. Can also be cooked in an electric wok. 211 calories per serving. 4 protein exchange. 1 1/2 vegetable exchange. |
