ARTICHOKE AND RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni Oriental fried rice
3 jars marinated artichoke hearts, lightly drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 sm. can black olives
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Dash of Tabasco

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions but short the water by 1/2 cup. Cool. Lightly drain artichokes. Mix all together and chill 2 hours. Serve as a summer side dish with barbecue chicken or steak. Serves 8.
