1 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. butter
3 heaping tbsp. all purpose flour
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
3 egg yolks
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Use an iron skillet. Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Add butter. Heat at a low heat until ingredients are mixed well. Mix egg yolks and milk. Add slowly to skillet. Stir until thick. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Use the 3 egg whites to make a meringue.
