ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 onions
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. beef bouillon

Brown chops in frying pan. Set aside. Saute onions in oil and butter until golden. Add flour to onions and cook 2 minutes. Pour in orange juice and bouillon and stir. Boil until slightly thickened. Add pork chops and cover. Simmer 45 minutes. Remove chops and arrange on platter. Quickly heat remaining sauce and then pour over chops.
