LAZY DAY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. onion, grated
I use ground turkey

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can of water
Gravy coloring if desired

Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup water and onion. Form into 18 balls. Brown in hot fat. Mix soup, water, gravy coloring and pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. I serve over hot rice.
