CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & deboned
1 1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
3 c. broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can French onion soup

Place chicken in bottom of pan. Sprinkle rice (uncooked) over chicken. Mix all liquids and pour over rice and chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then stir and cook about 30 to 45 minutes more.
