YOUNG-GAE JO RIM (Pan Stewed
Chicken)
 
1 sm. chicken, clean, cut into sm. pieces
2 tsp. peanut oil
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
3 pieces garlic
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. tomato catsup
1/2 c. wine
1 1/4 c. water
Chopped parsley

Wash chicken, pat dry. In Dutch pan, brown chicken with oil, salt, pepper. Add garlic, onion, ginger, tomato catsup, wine, water. Garnish with parsley.
