125 ml. milk 125 ml. water 150 gm. butter 3/4cup sifted plain flour 4 eggs Place milk, water and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until butter has melted. Add flour all at once and stir constantly until the dough forms a ball and starts to come away from the side of the pan. Remove from heat and allow to cool for approximately 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until a smooth, glossy dough is formed. Pipe (or mound) onto a lightly greased baking tray in the desired shape and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F. When cool, slit one side and pipe in your filling of choice.
