MULLET SALAD 
1/2 lb. smoked mullet meat, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped chives
Dash of ground cloves
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (opt.)
6 peppercorns, crushed
Chopped parsley (1 to 2 tsp.)

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve on crackers or party rounds.
