2 tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
3 cans hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
Dash of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Fritos, crushed

Saute onion in butter, add soup, Cheez Whiz and seasonings. Bring to a boil and pour over hominy. Put crushed Fritos on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
