ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple

Drain juice from fruit into large pot. Heat. DO NOT BOIL. Slowly dissolve ice cream in juice until warm. Dissolve Jello into juice/ice cream mixture. Add fruit. Pour into large casserole dish. Chill until set. (Stir mixture constantly while cooking to prevent burning.)
