1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c. orange juice
2/3 c. oil
1 box orange Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
4 eggs, well beaten

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. orange Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Mix all ingredients and place in 17" x 11" x 1/2" sheet pan. Bake. Mix glaze and ice while warm.
