ORANGE - CARROT JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. orange jello
hot water
1 c. grated carrot
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve orange jello in hot water according to package directions. Stir in carrot. Set bowl in refrigerator to chill. Meanwhile, dissolve lemon jello with 1 cup hot water. Stir in cold water. Stir in pineapple and set on counter to cool.

When orange jello mixture has set, slowly pour lemon jello mixture on top to form 2 layers. Place in refrigerator to chill.
