FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour with 1 tsp. salt

Mix and press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 15 minutes. COOL.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 of 13 oz. pkg. Cool Whip

Mix all of above until creamy. Spread over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 boxes INSTANT chocolate pudding

Prepare as directed on box. Spread over 2nd layer. Refrigerate until set.

4TH LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool Whip over top.
