SKILLET BEEF OR CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1-3 boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips or 1-3 minute steak, cut in strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Bird's Eye Italiano style vegetables
1 (15-16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. oregano

Brown beef or chicken in a small amount of oil in skillet. Add spaghetti sauce, water and oregano. Add the vegetables, bring to a full boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve over white rice or pasta (i.e. rotelle, small shells). Makes 3 servings.
