1 tsp. butter
1 c. cooked onions
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, sliced and cooked
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. cooked bacon

Melt butter and cook onions couple minutes; stir in next 6 ingredients; add potatoes, cook another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Garnish with parsley and bacon.
